Innside Manchester – Located Ideally the most Vibrant area of this stylish city
April 9, 2018
It’s been a good few months since I have done a hotel review post so I thought one was definitely overdue! The review was for Innside Manchester which is located right in the heart of Manchester in Deansgate, the review was undertaken for Luxuria Lifestyle online magazine.
Innside Manchester is a part of the Melia group, the company is a market leader in both resort and urban hotels. It is the most perfect location for guests wanting to indulge in restaurants, bars and shopping and is easily accessible through the Deansgate and Oxford Road train stations. The hotel is right next door to Junk Yard Golf and Deansgate locks, where the majority of the clubs are, there’s got so much to do, right on the doorstep!
The hotel is designed for guests travelling for both business and pleasure and features the most amazing architecture. As I walked in I noticed the reception area was wonderfully open, with lots of light coming in from the window’s, and the most beautiful flowers situated everywhere.
Once checked in I headed up to the 9th floor to my room, I was staying in a city view king room. I had taken a sneak peak on the website prior to visiting and thought that the rooms looked very well designed and modern, I think photo’s can never show the true size of a room, I feel like they always look smaller when in fact the room was huge! It was so spacious and had a large king size bed with two large full length windows with the city view of Manchester. It had the feel of an open plan but hidden bathroom – it was very chic. The bathroom had a room for the toilet and a separate room for the large rain shower.
There was a mini-fridge with complimentary refreshments. A 32-inch TV and high speed free Wi-Fi. A grey sweatshirt kind of style dressing gowns with matching grey slippers in the wardrobe which also matched the colour scheme of the room. The room also included all the little necessities we all need when staying out! An iron, safe, hairdryer, working desk space, tea and coffee facilities and Sampar bathroom toiletries.
After un-packing, putting my music on and beginning to get ready there was a knock at the door from room service who had brought me an ice cold bottle of Prosecco and a beautifully presented grey slate of deserts and goodies! I thought it was a lovely gesture and girls always need a glass of prosecco whilst getting ready for a night out!
The next morning after a good night’s sleep we headed down for breakfast which is located just further down from the reception area, the whole downstairs floor is all beautifully designed with the majority of the building being made out of glass that just fills the space with bright natural light. The breakfast selection was great from cereals to meats and cheese and of course the full english which was all self service. I didn’t have a chance to visit the Wellness suite but is definitely worth a visit, it has a Finnish sauna, aromatic steam room, gym & relaxation area, but maybe next time!
